The absolute worst experience. Seems like in 2017 leadership appointments were offered to people who who look simular and are clearly not qualified based on performance. The state of Georgia needs new leadership ASAP!!!!!

We recently had a review of eligibility and were directed to a staff member at the DCH office in Moultrie, GA. Our contact person was Lagina Billings, and we could not have been more pleased with our interactions. Her professionalism and prompt response made the process quick and easy. Oh, how we need more people like this in a position of responsibility. I hope that this is the case all through the Moultrie office and that others will be as kind and knowledgeable as Ms. Billings is!
