Absolutely horrible. The Great and powerful Ga DOR is at it again. They make their owe rules I suppose. I'm glad I served 20 years for the right to receive a notice of proposed assessment six years late and shackled into paying overdue penalties. LOL. Great job David. Salute to you!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience calling GA business tax unit. After talking to two different people, both proceeded to transfer me to someone else and both times call dropped (not sure if they just hang up because they did not want to help me). When I called 3rd time, I tried to ask that someone call me instead of them transferring me, agent turned to be super rude and started finding all sort of excuses why they can't talk to me. All I had is a simple question, why we received notice with taxes much highter then per tax return filed.

We've operated businesses in multiple states, but this Department of Revenue is by far the worst.

I was so disappointed when I called and I was rushed off the phone and told to read the information online and that they are there to only direct you to the website. I had just helped someone in Arkansas Open up their IRP account. It was fast simple and in person. The worker was Very helpful and and nice. So when I reached out in Georgia I was hoping for the same thing. That was a big Nope.
