Such an incredible ripoff and absolutely horrible to deal with. Still can’t believe I’ve gotten tickets even after paying the 800 fee for a pass. Not to mention having to move my car across campus for mostly empty game days. The parking deck operators are rude and difficult. Very disappointed in GT for how they allow PTS to be run.

I paid 800 dollars for a parking pass I was unable to use because I supposedly “used a different buzz card” to exit than to enter when I’ve only ever had one and it was a matter of four hours. So I had to pay an extra 20 dollars after getting hung up on by an attendant just to get my car back. Horrible service and horrible conflict resolution.

You forget to pay for five minutes via the ParkMobile app and they are right on your tail. Leaches is what these people are.

Absolutely awful. When you take out the fact that the old head of the department was embezzling money, I am still left with the fact I dealt with 1.A hit and run in which there are no cameras in the lots to help solve 2. Parking tickets because my pass is partially covered 3. Parking tickets because they use our passes to profit off of guests They are an awful organization that should make parking affordable for students, and if not, should be making parking safe and convenient with things like cameras (they could afford it charging 1000 dollars a year per person) To make matters worse, I pay 1000 dollars and can't even use my car to drive to the gym on campus because the passes are unnecessary restrictive. Also they change the rules regarding the passes constantly and without informing their patrons. They leave it in a shroud of mystery in order to extort more money in parking tickets.
