Perkerson Park/Rd Community Meetings are every first Monday of the month. The bldg is unique and has nice decor. Atlanta's Fire Chief was present tonight with his 6 Battalion Captains. Their safety communication was about seniors and hoarding. The community of color has more fire related deaths than other communites. Seniors can be linked to city services if contact the fire department main headquarters. Snake bites are on the rise in Georgia. It was recommended to keep lawns cut to reduce snake incidences. Fire departments offer free fire inspections. The Gilbert House space is emmaculate and well kept.
