I couldn’t be happier with our nursery room rug purchase through Steve with Great American Floors. Steve answered all my calls/texts promptly, was able to view our room and suggest options within days of my inquiry and followed through each step of our purchase. Erin was extremely helpful when selecting a sample from the showroom and gave us practical timelines for manufacturing and installation. Johnathon was on time and courteous when delivering, took off shoes, wore a mask and even vacuumed to leave our new rug ready to go. Will definitely be using them for future projects!

Great American Floors has a great selection of carpeting and flooring! With Rachel's help, we selected the carpeting for our stairs in less than 15 minutes. Install day was smooth, too! The carpet installer was wonderful! He explained the process, worked quickly but very carefully and was just very kind and pleasant to have in our home. He has been with Great American Floors for 21 years - that says something right there!! I have already referred Great American Floors to a few friends and to my daughter who is an interior designer.

Simply awesome. I recently sold a home and purchased a new home. Steve was very helpful and refinished my old floors, repairing and matching was perfect, and also put in carpet in my new home. They walked us thru every step, were highly competitive pricing wise and super professional to work with.... I will use them anytime in the future. Last week, we had hardwoods and kitchen tile replaced with Great American Floors. The selection process and installation were easy - plenty of communication and options, and the floors look amazing. Most importantly, the company’s customer service was really exceptional after the install. There were a few areas that needed some attention (loose tile and snagged board). The installer Prado came over to fix it - he is a perfectionist so it looked amazing. This is why you choose a small business over a large retailer – the customer service is exceptional! Shout out to Stephen, Steve, and Prado for a great job!
