Car was broke into. 3 purses stolen and a back pack which had a MacBook and iPad in it. Waited 4 hours for the cops to get there. Called them at 9:12pm..didn’t arrive until 12:47am. Tried to call the number on the lot...goes to a sketchy voicemail that says nothing. Also, the guys attending to the lot were very sketchy and were standing right at our door when we were talking about where we were hiding our purses.

It Is in close proximity to great public venues. It is also a cheaper parking option. However, break ins are common. Please take precaution by locking your vehicles, not leaving any visible items in the car, or simply not carrying any valuable items in your vehicle while attending your event. Police officers seem to not respond swiftly. It may be due to the fact that they encounter break ins a lot.

My car was fine after visiting the aquarium. However, even though I paid to park and entered in the parking spot i was in into their system like it said to, they still put boots on my car. The technicians came pretty quickly to take the boots off, but i had to wait in 95 degree heat for no reason. From the phone call I overheard, they ran some kind of report at 9am. Since I got there around 1pm it appeared like I didn't pay. They also said I should've put the receipt on my dash...well nowhere did it say that. Tell me to put the receipt on the dash and I will, don't ask for a stall number and then try to fine me anyways!

I had a terrible experience with this garage yesterday. I went inside thinking it would be 10 and then I was charged 22 for 2 and a half hours of parking, a ridiculous price. The sign at the front was very deceiving. Also the rates sign of how much to pay per hour was very confusing. I did the math and doesn't make sense why I would be charged so much. Bunch of scam artists taking advantage of people. After I paid the very very overly priced parking I walked to my car and then at the front gate they wanted to charge me another 6 on top of the 22 I paid for the time it took me to walk to my car. Avoid this garage at all costs. I'm still very upset. Your hourly rate signs and front gate sign are so confusing and deceiving, but I'm sure it was purposely made that way to scam people out of money. I wish I could give this garage zero stars. Shame on you. Your sign said early bird special and I went inside before 9 am. Fix your signs. You are taking advantage of people. I want someone to get back to me and explain in detail why I was charged so much. According to your hourly rate sign, I shouldn't have been charged 22. I spoke with someone at customer service today who confirmed with me that I was overcharged. He told me I should have paid about 14, not 22.

I parked here to go to the Georgia Aquarium. Because the parking ticket expired at 2:59 AM, after the aquarium we walked around until 9:24 pm. When we arrived to the parking lot my car was inmovilazed without any reason. I have been waiting for 1 hours waiting for the responsable. DON’t PARK HERE. Now we should pay 75. Now is 10:33pm and we still waiting for somebody come and take the boot out.
