Absolutely disappointed with Gu’s dumpling. The food quality has drastically diminished over the past year. The pork dumping I got looked like they were swollen and soak in the sauce for too long, and the pork meat itself had a bad fishy aftertaste. Also the chongqi spicy chicken was literally really old chicken nugget fried,the chicken is dry that it’s very hard to chew. I use to come here all the time and I can say this is my last time coming. I’m not spending 30 for old dumpling and dried out chicken.

My second time to Gu’s and I’m still impressed. I wish I had a bigger stomach to try it all. The dumplings are classic and delicious with flavors true to China spice. The crispy beef was slightly underwhelming. The portion size was too small for a shareable plate. Will be returning for the dumps ASAP!
New to the city and we ordered this at work. Loved it from its first bite. The pork dumplings have the perfect amount of heat for me, so that I can still enjoy the flavor, and really appreciate them not being fried. The Dan Dan noodles have a generous serving with a great flavor as well. We do pick and delivery, I would note that going through their website and using \ChowNow\ is way overpriced compared to DoorDash, so avoid making that 20 mistake.
My mom and I shared the green beans and the vegan dumplings, and both were to die for!! The spices in both were just amazing and they were satisfying, yet healthy! I wish I could make these at home, I just know that I'd be disappointed that they'd never taste as good as these!
