I was very upset with this experience! I drove 30 minutes to come get my nails done and this was my first time so I did not know what to expect. The quality wasn't it and I'm upset because the purpose was to get my money's worth, which I didn't. Save your time and money and find a better place. I get this is a school but but it looks like a child did my nails.

Love this place! Ms. Tucker is extremely helpful and funny She make you feel comfortable and she explains the process of each cutting thoroughly
Came here with my mom this morning, and we had a 10:30 appointment with that was booked over a month ago. They told me once I got here that I wouldn't be able to be seen, because my son was with me and he isn't allowed to be left unsupervised or allowed in the back. I drove over an hour to this appointment. So my mom got her hair done and were here for 2.5 hours, that was only for the cut and wash. I understand these are students learning how to cut hair, but that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a haircut. Wont be coming back.
Customer review: AWFUL. I don't care if you're saving money, do not come here. I showed up on time for my appointment. I had to wait an HOUR for the student to show up and then set up. She then took over an hour on just my feet, which turned out horrible. By that time I had to get going so I told her just to paint my finger nails. I could have done a better job on all of it. Then the man at the front desk was somewhat condescending, and didn't have enough change for my tip. Overall, I spent OVER THREE HOURS for the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. DON'T come here.
As a student preparing for graduation I would like to share a few things for future students & clients your experience is what you make of it this school offers many opportunities no institution is perfect thankfully I’ve been fortunate to be able to navigate through my program through ups & downs and make the best of it all to ultimately become better in my craft seek out more than the basics ask questions and be open as far as the clients be patient as students some of us are more experienced than others that’s the beauty of school please understand we do our very best and the school also has a lovely system for you to choose a more experienced student for your service it may be a students first time performing a particular service communicate your expectations with your stylist and have realist goals as this is a teaching facility I’ve received color services , hair cuts , mani pedis & facials and the experience was amazing it’s all about the energy you’ve established during your service so relax , communicate and let’s make you feel beautiful
