I have been going here for years and customer service has went down from when I first came. I called and made a reservation for 3 at 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15pm and was told I didn't have an appointment, after showing the confirmation of the appointment I was told we still couldn't be seen because he forgot to put it on the calendar. No apologies or any sincerity just like a whatever attitude. Luckily we found another spa 2 minutes away Ponce Foot Spa- a great experience. Now thats where I take my business. I was surprised that they gave a better experience than Heavenly. Try Ponce Foot Spa on Ponce.

I’m rating the Dunwoody location with a high 5 stars in all aspects. Customer service over the phone and in person was great, the place was very clean and I had a one and a half hour neck and foot massage with CANDY that was simply amazing. She really puts her knowledge, effort and attitude to provide a special experience. She asked if I wanted pressure or not which is a must for me and she ensured that I was perfectly comfortable for a relaxation and “disconnection of stress” time. She was very professional. I am a bit demanding in regards to massages therefore to rate it as 5 stars it means I can’t wait to come back.

This place is posh. Pick your own scrub. Lights are dim. Big reclining chairs. They give you pillow for your head, neck pillow and blanket. Sounds are very low zen music mixed with the sound of a thunder storm. Foot massage was beyond needed. 25 for 30 min and was totally worth it.

The ambience is very calming. The staff have very nice personalities and relaxing techniques. The aromatherapy takes you to a heavenly state. Love the space.
