Okay so this is a hole in the wall kind of BBQ place with an up scale style with the food and definitely some Korean influence too. When I hear BBQ I think of deep south BBQ (Dukes with a picture of a pig place) so it was a nice surprise to get more of a upscale and different spin on BBQ. You still get amazing meat from the pulled pork and chicken to the brisket, but your sauce and sides are different.from typical southern BBQ places. The Table sauce is great for everyone and definitely very different but I loved it! The mac and cheese is cheesy goodness with again a different flavor but again I loved it! They were super quick and it was super easy to order online.

I had Heirloom Market BBQ for the first time today. I was amazed by how fast and how great the food was. I will return for this great food and service.
LARGE portions are part of a MOST ENJOYABLE meal (whatever you choose)! If you are in the mood for smile-inducing food (which will most likely become a weekend routine), go to the Market!
I only had the infamous spicy pork sandwich, but now I gotta come back to try the rest of the barbecue meats. The sandwich was a great balance of southern hearty sandwich with a kick of Korean flavors. Small place with no dine in during covid. But no problems in ordering take out.
Heirloom BBQ was absolutely insane. It’s the product of a Korean chef and an American pit master. This makes Heirloom so different from all the other BBQ joints I’ve hit bc of the Korean influence on the sides. For example, I was able to eat a spicy Korean pork sandwich with kimchi But don’t worry, the American BBQ definitely also holds it own. The brisket was made to perfection. Definitely recommend the sweet potatoes as a side, paired really well with the spicy pork.
