I had my birthday and retirement party here in 2018 and 2019. Also, its fantastic clean facility with recently installed carpet in the waiting area. The beautiful art work on the walls sets a very relaxing tone in the lobby area. Plus there is secured parking on site. Also, schedule early because its books up fast!

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF. Trying to register for a class, called to get website have been on the phone now for 10 minutes. Their website hasn't been updated since 2016 SO YOU ARE FORCED TO CALL THE CENTER. No one on the phone knows how to get to site to register for classes. Marian, think that was her name put me on hold for 10 minutes and when Traci finally picked up she she didn't know what why I was calling, when I asked for info on using the website to register, she said, \ we can't help you over the phone with that\, and hung up. They always seem to have people answering the phone who don't have a clue about anything. This is not a one time thing, I've been going here off and on for a couple of years, it has been the same. Bad service, not to mention the lady who monitors the cafeteria line, who screams at anybody who tries to sneak in ahead of their number, but will let her buddies jump line all throughout the lunch period. Shameful.
