I went there for breakfast. Over priced and mediocre quality food. Waffle House is a better alternative based on quality/cost ratio. I do not recommend it for breakfast. Cup cakes, which I also bought (takeout), were dry and of poor quality. Service was average. Some servants were kind and attentive, others were arrogant.
This is one of my favorite breakfast places which normally merits 4-5 stars. However, I have not been there since before the outbreak. Why? I am not driving 20 minutes each way to eat in my car, or to take food home just to microwave it. The Governor cleared the way to open up indoor dining last May. Why is the HB still closed to indoor dining? It's cold outside! Most places have safely opened up. I happily patronize those restaurants. When the HB does that, I will be there.
Update: found a hair in my food. This place is disgusting. I will NEVER return Had a terrible experience at this place. They are extremely unorganized with online orders. Expect to wait up to 20min extra just to get your food at the pickup window. My food was ready, and when I said something to the lady working the pickup window, she told me I had to wait behind the people who’s food wasn’t ready yet? Doesn’t make any sense. Although the food was good, the employees are rude and slow. Also ordered a large 6 latte and it was half full when I got it? I will not be returning
