Great property management, & a great place to live! I recently moved to Atlanta from out of state to start Grad School. The friendly, informative, and accommodating property management team was my deciding factor to move into this complex. Yes, the apartments are great, the amenities are generous, and the location cannot be beat. But ultimately the attention to detail and clear communication of the property team, made my move a lot easier, and built my trust that this would be a great place to live. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Beautiful Community right next to the beltline. Also, Google Fiber is now available!

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and the leasing office people are really nice. But do watch out for additional charges monthly: besides the rent monthly, I got charged 20 public electricity (for reference my own energy bill is only 45, so 40%), service charge 18 for \individually metered\, utility \service fee\ 25, and package delivery 10 that you are forced to use. All add up to 73. I will not complain if they put it into the rent and inform me before hand. But it is annoying to receive a surprising long list of additional charges. To follow up: the leasing office contacted me to clarify the fees. They are doing a good job to answer my questions. In summary, I wanna emphasize 2 points: 1) the overall public energy charge is high (40% of my own usage, which includes the service I will never use). 2) the list of addtional charges should be better communicated up front. Not until I post a negative review here then I got some answers.

Grounds were nice but the leasing agent would not give us an opportunity to talk within my wife and I or even ask questions. Nice energetic person but wouldn't allow us to dream and picture ourselves there. So therefore we either have to go back or count them out.

The apartments are nice and updated, and the complex even has a dog park. During the day, this seems like the perfect apartment complex -- in a trendy neighborhood and walking distance to the BeltLine and dozens of shops and restaurants. However, I visited in the evening twice this past week and the noise was unheard of for an otherwise upscale and peaceful area. First, the bar/pizza restaurant directly across the street from Highland Walk draws rambunctious nighttime crowd. People gathered in their parking lot, blasting music and bass from their parked cars for hours. I could clearly hear it from inside the sushi restaurant that's on the bottom of Highland Walk, so I can only imagine trying to sleep through it...And this was a Monday. On a different occasion, cars were street racing and doing donuts on Highland Avenue. People were blocking the roads, preventing other vehicles from passing. Both unsafe and disturbing. Acknowledging that the apartment complex has absolutely nothing to do with either of these things, beware of what you sign up for.
