I've taken my son here twice. This is a great place. The staff is awesome, and the place seems to stay clean. I have not tried the food yet but heads turn when they walk a pizza out Stay Close To Your Kids.. Both times other kids tried to push my son or take from him - I don't enjoy correcting children that don't belong to me.

Wow! So many great things to say about HippoHopp! Due to Covid, we decided to booked a private party for my son's 2nd birthday for safety measures. The staff was AMAZING! Brittany was my point of contact, she didn't miss a beat. She went above and beyond to assist in making the our time there super special. We love that we were able to set up in the cafe area where there was more space and so that parents could watch their children while they play. Everything was incredibly reasonable in price, no need to order out! Everything was perfect for our visit, we're thankful!
Our first day back at HippoHopp was AMAZING - atmosphere was awesome and he was clean - we were so happy to kids playing as they should - it was a HAPPY feeling to there! The young lady at the sign in wow - this lady has customer service skills! Polite, patient and she was kid friendly - thank you Ms. D? I tried to take my grandson and was told I made the reservation at the wrong location even though I know I selected the correct one on the website. When we got there they couldn’t find the reservation and finally did at the other location. The person at the front desk told me I needed to sign a new waiver because the one I signed was for the other location. It took forever to get it to work on my phone and when I finally did, she said i still signed it for the other location. I used the link that was sent to me while I was standing there. There was no way to tell it a location. In the meantime the lady continued to check in a lot of other people while I stood there for almost 30 minutes trying to fix an issue with the website, all the while being told I was doing something wrong. She admitted that the same thing had been happening all day. There were also way too many people for me to be comfortable letting my grandson play there so I told her to just cancel. I loved it the first time we went but I doubt we will be back.
We had a private party for my sons 4th birthday. We had thw entire venue. The staff was really helpful and attentive. Everyone including the adults enjoyed the variety of the food and drinks. I would definitely recommend it. There were a few. party rooms to choose from and a toddler area.
