I have been trying to get a lien release on my car title for four months. I paid the car off on 2/28/20, today is 6/26/20, and no lien release. Customer service has not been trained to know that the state of Florida requires electronic lien releases NOT paper releases. HELP! I am trying to sell the car and cannot without a clean title.
