Icon Midtown has been my transition home for 28 months (1st lease 16 months, 2nd lease 12 months) and living here has been the best of decisions I made during a most difficult period of my life. I needed Icon Midtown; the luxury, the staff, the residents, the amenities, the convenience of Whole Foods and midtown living. I will never forget my living at Icon. Did I mention the view from my corner unit? Breathtaking every morning! It’s likely what I’ll miss most: those glowing and radiant sunrises.

Amazing building. Best building I’ve lived in; in Atlanta. Top of the line units, amenities and excellent staff. Very friendly and warming environment. Great location. Highly recommend.
Built by Related Group which does amazing work in Miami. Building is top-notch, definitely the nicest apartment building in the city (for now). As long as it doesn't succumb to the troubles new apartments seem to have between year 1 and 2, I'll be moving here for sure.
Highly recommended! The place is nice, but the staff really make it a wonderful experience. If you're moving to the city, check out Icon. Best of Atlanta.
