Anyone who logs in and provides information gets their credit card used without authorization. All the cards used were denied, even though they are debit cards with the bank. Almost immediately the cards began to get charges from askexpert.com and other bs vendors. This happened to all 3 cards used with vanillagiftcard site. They should be investigated. Fraudulent use of any card you use on this site. FRAUD, DO NOT USE!

Incomm and Walmart defrauded me out of 224.94 and are not reimbursing me so far snd it is now July 3, 2020. This happened 6/25/2020 at Walmart Hesperia, CA and the OneVanilla Mastercard I bought not knowing it is INVALID. If you try to call Incomm to straighten out problem you talk to losers who say they are in Southeast Asia. I plan to file formal complaint because my money 224.94 has been stolen And Incomm nor Walmart have reimbursed my stolen money as of now. Do not buy One Vanilla Debit MasterCard to pay bills because you will likely be ripped off too.

It's your daughter's 13th Birthday. She's finally a teenager. Time to celebrate with your gift, MYVANILLACARD a subsidiary of INCOMM. Online Registration fails and customer service for both companies is non existent. BUYERS BEWARE.

Bought one of their Vanilla Visa cards, it was hacked now I'm fighting to get my money back customer service is terrible. Finally figured out the headquarters was in Atlanta called them they hung up on me. I'm now filed a complaint with the better business bureau waiting to see what this will turn up
