Exceptional organization that serves the adult Developmentally Disabled community. My experience in interacting with the Individuals and Staff of all six day programs has been exciting. There is always a lot of positive energy for participating in organized activities. I try to visit the day programs monthly for a planned art project. At the completion of the activity we always end in a “dance off’ or other group involvement. The atmosphere of each center is well planned and an upbeat environment. The programs are also involved in outings to various Museums, venues, and theatre performances.

I've been with the company for 5 years and one thing has been consistent: the love for what we do. It's a tough job you won't make it in if you're in it for the money or wrong reasons. I've been fortunate to advance beyond where I thought I'd be. The interaction with the people we serve make coming to work worth it.

I've been with the organization for 5 years and truly enjoy working here. There is room for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. Great environment, good people and a team that actually works for the good and rights of the clients we service.

This is a Wonderful organization that offers support to the disabled community. I had the opportunity to volunteer with InCommunity recently and I loved the interaction with the families and the members of the InCommunity staff. This is a great group to volunteer with for anyone wanting to offer support to disability services.
