If you are referred this company DO NOT use them. I have left messages for Yvonne the scheduler and Lisa the Administrator at least 20 times along with sending emails. I got (1) returned call that went straight to voice mail. I simply had a few questions that needed to be answered. Still need to ask them. My mom has been their client for over 30 days and neither of them have bothered to return my weekly calls. The receptionist Virginia felt so badly for me, she had started writing paper messages for them since they apparently didn't check their voice messages. Then there were the lies. I needed aids to come get my mom bathed and dressed and was told a doctor has to send an order and that they had requested her doctor to send the an order, they never called him, but then the physical therapist said he would put in an order for the aids to come out. WHY couldn't he had done it from the beginning instead of making her wait over 30 days ?? This company is a JOKE ! If an Administrator of a company refuses to return any phone calls its obvious its not a good company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. Because they WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. This company really does not even deserve 1 star. My Mother in Law was assigned this company for home health and from the start it was a disaster. I nurse called me during none business hours the day before she wanted to come ad give me a two hour window of when you may be coming. I expressed my concern about not being able to set a specific day and time for her services and she got nasty with me and told me that I could not have a specific time and date I then inturn told her (Brenda) that we may need to be assigned to another nurse before she was rude. She told me that she would get someone else to come out and hang up on me needless to say no one ever showed. I waited until normal business hours and called to file a formal complaint on Brenda and I got the Supervisor Susan she did not want to hear my complaint and insisted that that’s how all of h th e home health agency’s are I informed her that I know that to not be true and ask her could I speak to the Manager at first she was hesitant but then transferred me to Lisa Rainey. I got her voicemail and I left her a voice mail and have yet to receive a call back. This company is suppose to be providing a service to people that are not 100% in their health and may be vulnerable and not feeling their best so they are looking to have someone come in and help them try to get back to themselves and for these nurses to treated and talk to them the way that they do is unacceptable. Something has to be done about this company so not only will I be posting here but I will also be contacting Emory social workers, OHSA, Ombudsman, and Medicare to inform them of the unethical practices of this company. I am also always open to speak with the owner of this company because he/she needs to know the type of people they employ. If you are not in healthcare to care for the people than you should be in it!

How is it every now and then you come across something great and only a few people know about it's greatness? Interim Health Care is a MUST KNOW Health Care Facility. Every staff member treat you like you are important to them. Interim Health Care is a CUT ABOVE THE VERY BEST. I just wish I had known about Interim Health Care before my daughter died September 2015. Had I known about Interim Health Care my daughter would still be alive. Oh By God Have Shined The Light On This Awesome Body of HARD WORKING WELL PUT TOGETHER MEDICAL FIELD OF ANGELS. Ms. Lemon, thank you for the how you just show up and make things so very easy. I wish you was around when my daughter needed this kind of Care. Interim Health Care Is My HERO.

Both my parents have home health care but they had 2/different health companies. So we asked if they could just be with one home health company? We went with Interim Health Care. The other company was Awesome but could not connect my parents together at that time. Interim Health Care Connected Them Both. 100% of TOP QUALITY CARE BOTH MY PARENTS RECEIVE. God Is Good.
