Erin is a rockstar! Now, communication-wise, you should probably call when you have some time to have some time to be called back. I typically leave a voicemail and he gets back to me within like 10-30 minutes. If you’re like me and go right back to work and put your phone away, I suggest emailing Keith, the office administrator, they’re answered very quickly and are usually the easiest route for simpler stuff. It feels very intimate, and while professional, it doesn’t feel clinical in any sense. If you’ve ever had a bad experience in therapy (or even if you haven’t!), give this place a shot. It’s got good vibes all over. Oh, and cucumber-lemon water.

Working with MIT engineers and Harvard MDs, I’ve noticed Scott is as intelligent as anyone in the field. He has impeccable taste and it shows in his office and his manner. Great experience. Attention to anyone struggling with extentential issues, this is your place*

Found them through my insurance provider, was excited about working on getting my mental illness managed. But getting in contact with the staff is a difficult task. No one pics up the phone if you’re lucky you get the voicemail, the touch tone system is outdated and awful to navigate. But I will say Mr. Johnson was kind and answered all my questions, from the intake process, to what my insurance does, to getting my copay amount, I mean legitimately answered my inquiries throughly, he was amazing. Then he paires me up with Mr.Leenan who was polite and nice, he was super understanding about me needing to reschedule the first time,in which I had transportation issues. The second time he rescheduled on me due to the “inclement weather “ less than 24 hours we were having which is fine if you are in a state where it actually snows. My last straw was Mr. Leenan told me he was unable to work with me. I called the office just inquire the time of my appointment because I forgot and no one picked up. For over 3 hours no one picked up the phone after leaving multiple voicemails and inquiring on what time I’m suppose to meet with him. I received a email asking where I was, I explained to him I’d gotten my phone wet and couldn’t remember the time I suppose to be at my appointment, after spending hours trying to find the time of my appointment. Call me hypersensitive but inflection in his email of how he didn’t think it would work out with me (because I didn’t get an answer to my appointment time) and just offered referrals (which I never received) was not only extremely rude but absolutely unprofessional after I showed him proof of me repeatedly calling for the time of my appointment. You can say I could’ve emailed to inquire about a time but there’s still no excuse for a follow up email of our reschedule or someone picking up the phone couldn’t have fixed. Not knocking their couciling but their lack communications.
