Scott and the team at It's All Custom were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive via email, helpful in the store and got my order done in less time than they said it would take. They made the whole process so easy for me that I kept thinking I was forgetting something but I wasn't! They had it all handled. Thank you It's All Custom!

I just completed an embroidery and digital print order for multiple single-items as a quick gift for my dad for father's day, and the team at It's All Custom did an exceptional job! They were happy to accommodate my last-minute request, there was no rush fee, I was able to make the order all over email with their wonderful associate Libby, and they were able to get everything I wanted made in single quantities in less than a weeks time (most other embroidery and print businesses I've contacted require multiple items to be made minimum but I only needed one of each thing since they are gifts). They sent me high-quality proofs every step of the way and the final results were stunning and looked just like the proofs! I'm so glad I decided to visit their office to pick up my items because everyone who worked there treated me so warmly and were so personable. I would 100% return to this great local-Atlanta business again for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar experience.
I emailed Scott back and forth a few times to make sure they could embroider my company logo on a few pieces and he was very easy to work with. But once I got back one of my pieces it was obvious the logo wasn’t printed straight and when I reached out to see if it could get fixed I was left with no response. The rest of the pieces came out great but unfortunately this incident brings down my rating.
So far, excellent!!! I worked with Ms. Nikki today and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service to assist me with picking the right colors. She was patient and kind and overall seems really genuinely concerned and happy for me. I had her undivided attention and her and Scott both apologized repeatedly for \the inconvenience;\ however, I was not inconvenienced AT ALL. The service was quick, professional and 100% safe!!! VERY friendly and personable and took the time to explain EVERYTHING!!! I'm beyond ecstatic that I have chosen the right company.
Horrible experience with them printing on Hoodies! Wrong placement and when I brought them back they just wanted to argue about what was obviously wrong and off!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone...
