RE: Second Draw PPP application...It is nearly impossible to actually talk to a human on the phone, and when I do they can provide no information. Kabbage is not sending clients (like ME!) any updates at all on the second draw PPP load funding. Over the course of 3 weeks no service whatsoever from Kabbage. This is unacceptable and should be embarrassing for the corporate officers and employees there. I regret giving them my business.

If I can give negative stars I would. Reached out on Twitter, email and phone all to which has been no luck whatsoever. After 6 minutes on hold, you're actually on hold for eternity, they just hang up on you, each and every time. This company is of ABSOLUTELY no help to the people who they deem to serve. KServicing is trash and so is Kabbage. Avoid. At all costs. Like your first born depends on it.
YOU CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE!!!. I HAVE CALLED EVERY SINGLE DAY AT DIFFERENT HOURS OF THE DAY FOR THE PAST WEEK AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE.
Never trust these people. They take your information and give you falls information to process your application. They give you access to login and ask you your personal information and don't process your loan. At the end they will send an email that your loan application time is expired. When you try to reach them no one picks up the phone and no reply to your email. Just simply I will say they are fraud.
Unfortunately Kabbage has not handled the pandemic well. It continues to be nearly impossible to reach customer service and receive any knowledgeable help via either email or phone. Their system was not set up to handle different types of businesses during the PPP loan application period. And the last straw was today receiving a payoff letter that said one amount and my dashboard said another amount. When I received a callback from the supervisor I was told to just look at my dashboard, as if I can’t read. No apology for the incorrect letter until the very end of the call. Dealing with this company during these stressful times has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting. We are all out here trying to adjust our small businesses to this new reality, and Kabbage has been nowhere to be found during this process. Perhaps when American Express takes over it will be a different story, but as things stand right now I would stay far, far away from this company.
