If you're looking for a plastic surgeon, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of talented surgeons in the area of better character with much better bedside manner. The practice looks pretty, but it's simply to make up for the utter lack of professionalism that goes on in this office. The negative reviews are justified. It's a shame that I need to post this, but the ratings are so misleading. They tried to bribe the user below to avoid the negative ratings! The doctor could not care less about the patients, and treats the staff terribly. I came in a while ago and there's not one recognizable face if you've been here over the last year, and I have no doubt it's because of him. I once mentioned him at another consult in the area and I was told he's quite intolerable, to put it politely. If you have a bad reputation in the community, it's often justified. Glad I avoided this place. I feel bad for those girls.

I have been going to Dr. Stong for about a year now. I visit Dr. Stong to get fillers, including my lips and Botox. The first time I went to Kalos, I got my lips done, and they turned out AMAZING! Dr. Stong uses a special type of needle so there is absolutely no bruising! Also, there is a local numbing cream that is used prior to the procedure, so there is almost no pain! The second time I went to Kalos, I was interested in getting Botox for the first time. I was nervous, but I was well-informed by seriously the best! I ended up getting Botox and absolutely loving the results! Since then I have been back for a Botox brow lift and lip flip. I absolutely love the Kalos atmosphere. The doctor is amazing and the girls that work there are super sweet! He is a great doctor and does fabulous work!! I would seriously never go see anyone else in Atlanta! Well worth the money!

POOR BEDSIDE MANNER Update 11/12: They called me this morning and offered to refund my 125 for the consultation if I removed this review. Absolutely unprofessional and this further affirms the kind of practice this is. I told them to keep the money, I'd much rather help genuine people looking for help to avoid them. Hi all, writing this review after several discussions with the receptionist and a 5m \consultation\ with the lead plastic surgeon at Kalos, Dr. Strong. I got in touch regarding PRP services and was immediately told that it would be 125 for a consultation, and that the fee would be added to any services I would end up getting. The receptionist, even in her effort to be polite, was actually quite pushy when I asked why no African American people, or people of any other ethnicity are featured on the website. Most people want to see a surgeon's range of expertise across different skin types and procedures. Anyway, she assured me Dr. Strong was experienced and that the practice saw \tons of Black patients.\ Anyway, on the day of my virtual consultation, yesterday the Dr. was about 10m late (for a Facetime call btw, they're not even using any kind of medtech software like Klara or Doxy) and I had to email the receptionist to ask where he was. When I finally spoke to Dr. Strong he was aloof and unconcerned, said they don't offer any kind of payment plans, and that they could get me \in and out.\ There was no care or consideration as to my issue, how I felt etc. For something as personal and intimate as a cosmetic procedure costing several thousand dollars I thought we might be in conversation for at least 20m or so. I basically paid 125 for a 5 min chat with a Dr. who honestly could not have cared less. Please pay attention to the poor reviews here. I luckily and likely dodged a bullet but the practice comes across as scammy, rushed, and money, not patient-first. Spend your money elsewhere.

I see Dr. Strong for lasers, skin care, and botox and he is exceptional. He is kind, makes each visit fun, totally honest, and never rushes when with you. He really cares about his patients. My skin has never been this great and I owe it all to him! He’s highly trained and it shows in his work. I haven’t had any surgery but I see his work on Instagram and know that he’s also an exceptional surgeon, as well as an exceptional person. I would recommend him 100%.
