Horrible establishment!!! They refused services to my nephew, last minute over a misunderstanding THEN proceeded to call me a liar when I voiced to my sister that I wasn’t told he couldn’t come back when I (his aunt) picked him up. They denied us access to bring him back. They refused to reason with us, knowing my sister is a single mother and needs childcare. One would think during a pandemic(especially) their staff would reason with someone who’s been loyal AND cooperative with respectful pick up and drop off times, means of good hygiene etc. We’ve even went above and beyond to bring supplies(sanitizer, gloves, Lysol) as a thank you to still not have the same communication and respect we’ve given them. My sister and I are EXTREMELY hurt because we seen how excited my nephew was to go there. I hate I had to do this but it had to be done! Again, HORRIBLE establishment and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible daycare, very dirty , staff is rude and do not care for kids ! My kid came back w/ bruises all over his back and daycare refused to tell me what happened... they accepted sick kids who have been exposed to covid ... all they want is your money !! Don't take your kids here .

I would not send my child here this facility doesn’t even care to tell u how your child is improving only what your child doesn’t do properly it states low ratio but when I spoke to my child teacher she could even come up with the words to tell me anything about my child and I quote “I don’t know WHAT you want me to tell you?” Not professional at all no stars for me I need a more transparent day care one that seems like they care to inform me of my child improvements

They’ve been at this location for years. I’m 21 now but I remember going here as a kid. It’s always been a great place to go.
