I have been a fan of Kilwins for years. My family and I really love their ice cream. You can't go wrong with the vast number flavors they have available. This year for Valentine's Day I decided to pick a few candy apples for my wife. So I visited the Atlantic Station location and I'm glad I did! The store manager Ebony and her staff were beyond helpful. The service was exceptional, so much so I actually stayed and chatted a while. They really make you feel welcome and appreciative of your business. Thank you so much for such a great experience I will definitely be back soon!

Visited the establishment and was greeted upon entry. Even though they were nice enough, they still had a spirit of I don’t want to be here or be bothered. Maybe because it was MLK birthday and other businesses were closed... in any event I ordered chocolate covered strawberries. The salesperson dumped the white chocolate in with the chocolate and handed me the bag. I was disappointed because presentation is EVERYTHING. I was giving these as a gift to someone and really thought they’d be put in a nice little box, but nope. Probably won’t frequent this establishment or recommend simply based on this experience, which is unfortunate because their chocolate is pretty tasty.
I love this place the chocolate is so rich and great. I turned my fiance onto this place and we have been here two days in a row. Thanks for your service and great quality product. Downside is the pricing....they are extremely expensive.
Amazing variety sold by the piece and packaged as well. Sugar free options are available. They have delicious ice cream. I LOVE the hot chocolate!
Average service with very high prices. I am normally a huge fan of Kilwins however my experience yesterday has put a big damper on my overall view of the chain. 5.95 for a single scoop of ice cream and 9.99 for a Carmel apple with white chocolate. The service was ok at best. They acted like they were doing me a favor to wait on me
