very happy with the service, we were in and out in 10 minutes, we pre-registered online and book an appointment which worked great. The lab technician was super nice and friendly. There was also no wait at the entrance of the building to get your temperature checked. Everything is very well organized. Thanks for a great service!

Went twice here for drug screen - both during times of pandemic (late March and late November). Make sure to get an appointment as there were sizeable number of walk-ins my second time. Had positive experiences during both visits. All staff wore masks, hand sanitization and alcohol-wipes for mobile screen & pens were all handy. The self check-in machines were out of order during my second visit so we had to use a notepad and there were a whole bunch of walk-ins though I had a reservation so the wait wasn't much (10 mins). Everyone was pleasant as well. I wish the waiting area wasn't so small though (they specify you are free to wait where you feel comfortable, but still) since a number of patients do show up at the lab.
