I am a nurse, I watched ppl die from covid on a daily, I have to go home to my son that is at risk everyday knowing I might carry it home to him, I stay away from my child to help save lives and now I've overworked myself, hurt my back and unable to work, and no one to help, I was kicked out of my account for no reason because I've had an account all along and my computer saved the password, I have been approved but no payment. I've worked and paid the system to treat us like this?? The office is closed, the phones are not being picked up, no email be being reviewed, they are getting paid to do nothing to the help the same ppl that are risking their lives to save theirs. I have a child to provide for and this is no way to treat each other.

It is really sad that these people play with other people livelihood. We have families to take care of and they careless if we receive our funds are not. Yes We understand that the caseloads are overwhelming however that does not justify not responding to calls are emails on those who are just trying to see why they are not receiving their payments. God is not pleased with his people that’s why this pandemic hit us as hard as it did. The labor department is using this pandemic as a crutch and it’s not right to the people. Y’all need to do better and hire help if you are so overwhelmed not to respond to emails are calls. Such a shame.

I don't know what is going on with my account. I have been trying since Sunday.Now that my payment is not on my card for the week. You all have locked my account and I can't reset no pin or nothing. I don't think that is fair to me and no one else.this is the holiday weekend for sure. But we all have bills. And other needs and etc. We have to put food on the table pay rent and doctors appointment. Then we get shut down this website phone calls is not helping out

I've been applied since August, no one answer emails,nor return calls. This is so ridiculous. I need my money at least since info thur mail. Say something, because you are not here for us as the recording says.
