Fantastic facility. Clean Staff was really nice and welcoming. We worked there today for a resident event. Everyone loved their drawings. Tony worked for 2 hours. Many of the residents havent been drawn since they were kids. What a treat for us all.

The amenities and appearance are great just as you would expect. But what makes the place stand out is the staff. I visited several places when I was looking for a retirement home for my aunt. Most were appealing and impressive but Lenbrook stood out. From the moment we visited for a tour, I was 'wowed' by the outstanding service especially with security (Joe, Angela) and valet (Matt, Samson, Steve and Corey and the whole crew). They always gave us a warm welcome and their smiles uplifted me even on sad days. My aunt is long gone but she really loved it there. I would definitely recommend Lenbrook.
Some of the rudest Valet I have ever had to deal with. The attitude I received after trying to pick up my grandmother for a doctor's appointment was completely uncalled for and I did not appreciate it. He didn't want to tell me his name. He kept saying \you better get out of here\. He was a grown man in his maybe late forties arguing and going back and forth with me. If the valet is treating me badly it makes me wonder how my grandmother is being treated inside.
For the most part really nice place. My dear friend went there to recover from her surgery. Her family and friends encountered pure arrogance. The staff was very unfriendly and rude and won't even look at you when you ask a question. They are harsh and sour in the face. I even write some names down. If you ever have someone over there be sure to have a private caregiver to keep an eye on things.
A safe, retirement community with lots of activities to get involved in as well as medical care. Sometimes the parking staff are slightly scary, but otherwise it's good.
