Customer service was great. They did OK with washing inside and out. 2 stars instead of 3 for dumping out my ashtray! I just happened to be on this side of town and was looking for another black owned business to support but I will definitely be going back to my regular detailing spot from here on out, even if it’s inconvenient.

Hands down best car wash I’ve been to. I absolutely loving keeping my car clean, waxed, and shinning! Leo’s definitely withstood my standards. I was referred here by my gf and I will definitely be back. Tire shine was applied well and left a nice black shine to it without loony glossy. Car was so clean I could see my reflection in it. Interior was done well.
Excellent customer service and value for how well they hand wash cars. They also offer car detailing and waxing services. It's the only place I will take my car to be cleaned.
Unfortunately, I can't give this place a five star rating. The gentlemen were super sweet and seemed very hard working. I don't mind waiting an hour for high quality service, but unfortunately there were a few things that weren't taken care of that should've been for what I paid for. I got the deluxe package. This includes a car wax, exterior wash, interior vacuuming and dash wipe down, tire wash, tire shine, etc.. Once I received the keys back and drove away, I immediately noticed only part of the dashboard was wiped down. Additionally, there was still a lot of visible dust and dirt in the car, particularly under the seats, in the cupholders, in the crevices of the emergency break lever, etc. The sides of the doors and handles appeared to still have some scuff marks and smudges. The back of the car on the inside was not vacuumed, where the back window and the passenger's seats are. I also had to remind one of the gentlemen to vacuum my trunk and wipe off the grime from the trunk edges. I genuinely don't mind having to remind people. They had a lot of customers and I understood that. But once I drove away and saw the interior of my car, I was really frustrated with the results of my vehicle for their deluxe package deal. Again, for what I paid for, the wait time and for what all was actually done to clean my car, I unfortunately cannot give this hand car wash place a five star.
