I had a great experience at the Atlanta office. The staff Walked me through the process from beginning to end. Went for my Consultation on Dec 1 had my surgery on the 23rd. The medical Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Dr. Allegra did my surgery he and his nurse Nurse C was amazing. The Anesthesiologist and recovery nurse was amazing as well. So far no complaints! My Consultation today was amazing , the young ladies that I spoke with were very friendly and courteous. Such a professional atmosphere, and they spoke with me in a way that made all the depressing thoughts that I had about my body issues not seem like a hopeless case. I got answers to all of the questions that I asked. I will make another review after I get more info upon followup. Thanks for making me feel special.

Customer service is good, but if you call after hours you may not get a response. I am happy with my outcome , but I still have a long ways to go. The staff and physicians are friendly and answer your questions. Just wish I kind of new what to expect during the healing process. But these guys are fantastic I do really recommend them. Kiddos Lexington Plastic Surgery. Dr. Work was great.

I would have liked if the surgeon told me I had an extra keloid on my face, cause I paid 1000. I only told pointed out 3 on my face but it was a fourth one as well. Technically they don't have to point it out for you but would have gave 5 stars otherwise. They did remove the keloids and stayed updated with me periodically to make sure they didn't grow back. Overall, they did the job.
