I worked for the Lucas Group from Feb 2019 until October 2019. However when my references were checked The Lucas Group only reported me working for them for three weeks. This is a very bad look. It makes it appear to someone checking my references that I am not being honest about my time with a company. When I tried to reach someone from The Lucas Group to bring this to their attention it was a total BUST! No one answers calls, voicemails or emails. I called back over 10 times trying to get this issues rectified but to no avail! The receptionist tried her best to help me reach someone but still no luck. Needless to say I am still at a cross roads with this. The Lucas Group needs to do better, MUCH BETTER!!!!

The Original Professional Experience.
I worked with Tim. Its not often that someone can help you move from Africa to US with a great company and role. Tim took time to understand my requirements and was there every step of the way through the entire interview process. You can tell when you're not just another transaction. Hands down the best experience I have had with any recruitment company across three different continents.
There was no email confirmation of having sent my resume, no way to speak directly to a recruiter... so far it's been pretty much a bust. So much isn't picked up by resumes, but that's all Lucas Group has to evaluate you with. I have a good, solid resume but I'm looking for a recruiter I can speak with and who understands me and what I'm looking for.
I recently signed my contract with a company that I got in with, thanks to one of your amazing recruiters, Bob. I was interviewing with a couple of other companies and Bob was hands down the most professional and attentive recruiter of the three I was working with. He gave me unbiased advice and advised me to go with the opportunity that made the most sense for me. Bob also made himself available any time of the day, whether weekday or weekend. Bob is truly an asset to your organization, and I will be sending his way anyone that is looking for a new opportunity!
