MAA Midtown is a great place to live. The only reason I give it 4 stars has to do with the number of residents who refuse to wear masks in the elevators and around the amenities - that's why we left. However, I would give 5 stars for location and especially for the concierges who make that place run and make it a lovely place to live, because they are there for the residents. I would also say I had some favorites who were especially helpful. Lee was always so helpful if we needed something - he is really top rate and will go far in life. Betty is another concierge I loved working with, and the concierge manager, Olando, was always responsive to our inquiries and requests for assistance. It's a beautiful building, and the staff keep the lobby area very clean.

MAA Midtown is a beautiful property! One of the most affordable and stylish luxury high rises in the Metro Atlanta area. The Leasing Office staff is amazing! They are very friendly, professional and attentive to your needs as a future resident. If you are searching for a new place to call home, look no further cause MAA Midtown is the place to be!
I absolutely love living here. Not only is it in the heart of downtown near many attraction. But it also has amazing views and a rooftop gym that some people use for photoshoots. The staff is always willing to help. Specially the property manager Sam Freeman. She always gone above and beyond. From personally going to buy sanitising wiping cause the gym ran out, to calling me after a maintenance order to make sure everything went to my liking. I highly recommend moving here! I do not have anything to negative to say except that people should really slow down while driving in the garage.
Love this place! Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop views, and a luxury feel without breaking the bank. I can walk almost anywhere in Midtown. All the utilities are updated, and now our apartments are equipped with Smart Home technology. Olando always greets me by name and with a smile when I walk through the lobby. Would 100% recommend!
Amazing amenities and fantastic staff! I lived here for a little under the year and loved my experience. I would absolutely recommend someone interested in looking into this property/location. Special shoutout to my man Lee. He often works at the front desk and is an unbelievable asset to the current staff. Cannot say enough good stuff about my interactions with him! Keep doing what you're doing! We appreciate it!
