This company is a blessing. I purchased their Journey Backpack and Navigator Duffle Bag. Both are amazing! You can tell they're made with care and of high quality. Please do yourself a favor, purchase an item for you or a loved one. You will not regret it!
Back in October I ordered a bag from Made Leather. Maybe a week or two after I placed the order, I received and email stating that they didn't have to color that I wanted and would I take another color. The color that I wanted was due to arrive later that week. I replied to the email stating that if the color was not available by the end of the week, I would be ok with the other color. Well, two weeks later, I still had neither. Finally, i received an email with a tracking number. So, a week later, I click on the tracking number and the status still said label created. They never shipped it. So, I reached out again and they told me that they would check to see where the package was. Well, two weeks later and we are now in December, I had to reach out to them again. Keep in mind that when I am sending the emails, it is taking them a day or two to respond. Now again, we are in December and I still hadn't received the update on my package. So I finally ended up sending and email requesting a refund. So, I would not order from this place. I'm sure the quality of the bag is fine, but the customer service is a total turn off, considering the price that you are paying for the product.
I am very pleased with my purchase. A journey backpack and wallet to match. Holly was very atentative to my inquiries regarding shipping. I feel this is the start of something wonderful... I'm telling everyone I know about this company.
