Here's the 411. Each of these auctions are basically treated as independent companies. So, if you buy online you are dealing with one of 50 or so auctions, each with they're own way of doing things. There own manager. Customer service just points at the auction manager at each location. My dealer rep changes once every 6 months, with no notice. I don't have one right now. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Document all your calls. Make them e-mail if you can. Prep for battle just in case. I'll still buy here, but the set up of the corporation is poor.

Nice facilities. 24 hour reception. Cafe on campus. Easy to get to from I85 / 400. Leaving the facility is a bit more difficult due to road work in the area.
can't get any help with a title issue on a car bought at a manheim facility..email/calls all for naught..they just do not seem to care..will file a formal complaint with the state where the auction is located tomorrow
WE TALK TO MANAGER LAST WEEK MINA ABOUT MY ACCOUNT IN MANHIEM PORTLAND OR SHE SAY CALL BACK 24 HOURS NO BODY CALL ME , 0 STAR ,THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LAST 5 YEARS I PURCHASED OVER MILLION FROM PORTLAND OR I DONT PUT ANY MORE , MY MONEY @ THIS AUCTION GOOD LUCK 00
I worked for many large corporation and this one is the most disorganized one I have experienced. I share the other comment. I am small dealer that is out of town and consistently have issue getting vehicles released after hours which cost me money and the company does not car that I paid a transport company to travel 200 miles to get vehicles and instead of taking responsibility they just ignore the problem.
