What an awesome store. These guys were so friendly and knowledgeable, far from being box readers. They called me by name the whole time which was very much appreciated. They had tons to choose for for beginners all the way up to high-end guitar collectors. Can't wait to come back and see what's available next time!
Beautiful work done on my guitar. I came in to get the jack fixed but they went above and beyond offering a complete repair and refurbishing for a very reasonable price. You can tell you're dealing with experienced and emotionally invested fellow musicians. Great place.
Buying an acoustic at Maple Street Guitars is a first class experience. I spent quite some time auditioning many guitars looking for one that was equal to or better than my favorite, a Lowden. A number of people helped me throughout the day without any pressure at all. Questions were answered to my satisfaction and because of their broad inventory I found a terrific Goodall. George set it up perfectly to my uncommon specifications. They went beyond what any other store ever has. Everyone was extremely helpful. Every aspect was thoroughly enjoyable and I look forward to doing business with them again.
Drove over 120 miles to purchase a guitar for our son only to be turned away at the door. Doing business by “appointment only”. Seems like they would have that boldly displayed on the website! Absolutely terrible service!
