I took my Visual Comfort Billiard ceiling light to the Mid-Town location today because it had issues with the wiring and one of the bulb sockets. I had previously visited them before Christmas when they were able to find a replacement socket for the piece, but fixing the wiring was beyond me. Phil worked on it for nearly an hour and was abe to fix it and tested it to make sure that it worked. This was a complimentary service even though I myself had not purchsed the fixture originally. Above and beyond service. Thank you again!

I worked directly with Mark Rivers and he took customer service and professionalism to the next level. We ran into a couple of delivery issues with the vendor who was providing one of the fixtures we ordered (not at all a reflection on Masterpiece, it was all the vendor’s fault) and Mark took care of everything, made it a priority, and kept us updated via text every step of the way until the issue was resolved. Both the pre-sale and post-sale experience was exemplary, and I’ll never buy lighting from anybody else again.

Though this store has an enormous inventory of lighting, I won't return until after the pandemic is over. The concierge, the salesman who helped me, and a customer near me all were without masks during a time that Georgia is in the ed\ danger zone. This is a blatant disregard for the health and safety of customers and staff.

It was a pretty casual experience. They carried more picture lighting than any other store I visited in the immediate area. I was attempting to do my part by shopping locally versus shipping online. Though I didn't find what I was looking for z I will definitely visit again for my other home lighting needs.
