Having done a lot of hiring through vendors; I will say Matrix has been an awesome partner. First it that they bring an extra level of scrutiny to candidates which means I spend less of my time weeding out candidates. Second is they work fast bringing those candidates to us. The combination of speed and quality is a big factor for my recommendation. However, their communication style (early and often) is probably their biggest strength. I highly recommend them.

We have had a lot of success working with the Atlanta branch for MATRIX. We work with other agencies and have been very impressed with the quality of the candidates. Hiring Managers state that the \hit rate\ of candidates submitted by MATRIX is significantly higher than candidates submitted by other agencies.That saves us time compared to other agencies, which may not invest the time to screen the candidate to the required skills/experience as MATRIX does (and then we have to do it).
