Two years in a row their leasing office does not pick up their phone or response to voicemails no matter how many times you call or what hour. Tried to get a tour last year and we couldn’t get in contact for over a week. This year, I called again and after a few times I got an answer and booked a tour with someone for today at 11. Paid 14 for parking and when we arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. Waste of time and money.

Are they really interested in renting their apartments ??? OMG I have never seen such a bad welcome, follow-up. You need to harass them if you want to rent. And the area is very bad. I was excited to rent there but when I opened my eyes I changed my mind immediately

Leasing office barely answers the phone and constantly responds via email. I let them know the unit I wanted on the sheet they sent and they explain that it's not available anymore. Why is the flyer not updated then? If my phone calls had of been answered, then maybe I could have gotten it. Next, when they finally answer, the property manager sounds disinterested. Poor customer service skills

Avoid at all costs. No sound proofing. I mean ZERO SOUND PROOFING. We could hear everything that happened in the apartments around ours. We could hear neighbors (read Airbnb guests) pouring cereal into bowls at 3am as clearly as if it were happening in our own bedroom. There was no seal around our front door, so we could hear all the tenants (read Airbnb guests) on our floor open and close their front doors, walk the halls, call the elevator, etc, at all hours of the night. One day, out of the blue, a literal hole opened up in the ceiling above and the living room, and rocks and chunks of concrete started falling through. Took them weeks to fix. Madness. What made all of this worse was that the whole building is an Airbnb infested den. At least 25% of all the units are listed on Airbnb and similar websites. There were parties every week, not just on weekends; loud, drunk folks shouting, fighting, coming back to their awesome crashpad (read my home); frequent police visits. Couple all that with the most paper-thin walls possible and you've got yourself a pretty sweet pad for just under 2,000 a month. After asking people to keep it down because it's Tuesday and we all have work in the morning, I was physically threatened, my wife was chased down the hall by some crazy lady on another occasion, and we've both been accused of being racists for wanting to sleep. Life was hell. Management did nothing but suggest we move.
