So let me tell everyone about my experience with McCarthy I went to work with them out in Colorado and right from the start I was being harassed by one of there supervisors I Dealt with It for a month or so just trying to keep my head down and avoid the supervisor.. well it continued to get worse I reported it to HR the day after I reported it the project manager (VERY CLOSE) with the supervisor came up cursing me out and threatening me with my job. I’m not the type person to apologize or plea guilty if I’ve not done anything wrong. So they ended up just laying me off stating they were running out of work and I’d be getting a call back for another site. Well they started a few more sites and the supervisor that had been harassing me actually ended up getting fired because she was harassing more people that were continually reporting her. Well still no call back for me. I heard they started a job in GA so I call the electrical superintendent and he tells me after the 4Th of July they would be hiring and he’d call me back and we could come to work. Turns out the same project manager from Colorado is the project manager here in GA the electrical super that told me he had work for me tells me today call the PM and speak with him(knowing what Occurred in CA) so I call the PM and he laughs and offers to cut my pay by 10 and no per diem. So if your interested in this company and don’t know any of the higher management good luck because I’m not the only person this situation has happened to its one of those companies where your either really close to the bosses or your in bed with the bosses if you read this and want me to get into more details for you feel free the email me because I’ll be happy to help your decision but overall this company I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
