I hate that I have to give this complex a one star rating because the leasing agent Ms. Joy was so nice and helpful with my application process but whoever is over her definitely has me homeless at the moment. I started my application process at this complex almost 2 months ago under the tax credit program only to be told that they are denying my application because I’m a “Master Barber” (which is only a license) and Master Barbers pay booth rent ( which I don’t) so that equates to having your own business. Who ever is responsible for denying applications should definitely do they’re research. master barber can be paid multiple ways, hourly, booth rental agreement, or commission.

I've lived here for 5 years and i can say it has been great s far. I never really liked going into the office until Ms. Maria started working in there. She very welcoming and warm. She make it better because i can call her 1 time about a problem and it will get handled quickly. Great place to live!!!!

I have lived here for a little less than two months and there are a few things that I have noticed. The grounds are well kept and Ms. Maria in the leasing office is very awesome! Since this is my first apartment, she has set a very high standard from the beginning. During the application process up until move in she has always been cheerful, full of joy and always ready to assist. She has always maintained the highest level of professionalism and honesty with me and it is truly appreciated. She is dedicated and truly cares for the residents. Parkside is close enough to downtown so I can commute to school and work without hassle while staying within my budget.

The leasing office is uprofessional and clueless. Mantiance staff is a joke. They come when they want and it takes them forever just to fix one item. Neighbors are know for stealing packages from your front door. They have lost my money order and expected to give them the money even tho the leasing agent lost my money. This will my last year living here. Save your money and Don’t move here.

I wish I could put a zero. I been staying over here for 6 years now. Over the past year, my car has gotten broken into 4 times. All 4 windows has been busted. Rent office claim they camera don't work. Suppose to have 24/7 security and they never see nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They never come fix what things. Terrible place to live!
