Michelle has helped me so much more than I could have imagined. I've met with a lot of different therapists in the past. I think its important for everyone to find the right fit for themselves. Michelle helped me through some of the toughest times and also helped me build up my strength and resilience in times of duress. I can't recommend her enough.

I am writing this review as a reference for prospective patients. I only had one encounter with Ms. Kegley, and I got up to leave after the 15 minute exchange due to the experience. The encounter started when she lectured me at the front door for not punching in a code. Apparently, she was supposed to text me the code to let me into the front door. I did not receive the code, but she insisted that she sent it. She showed me a text she sent another patient as proof that she sent the code. After I pointed out that text was not sent to me, she became more upset. Once things settled down to start the intake interview, her bedside manner was awkward, skeptical, lacking confidence, and unprofessional at times. At multiple points during our exchange, her questions and comments were insensitive and cruel. I started to cry, and she did not blink or offer a tissue. I want others to have the opportunity to avoid the disappointment I faced when seeking help by saving them time and money. She still charged me for the visit that was only 1/4 of the scheduled time. It was the worst therapy appointment I have ever had.
