I have had a watch and a gold necklace repaired here. I have had great experiences both times and would recommend Midtown Jewelers to anyone! I will definitely be back for any jewelry repairs I have in the future. The repair costs are always extremely reasonable and both times the repairs were ready the same day! The owner has always been so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable :)

I came in for a change of battery and a cleaning. They broke my watch by trying to open it, then pretended it was already broken. When I challenged them and told them I had a picture of the unbroken watch, they said they would fix it but replaced the crystal with a plastic item without informing me. 2 days later the plastic fell off as it was poorly fitted. So poor skills at the beginning, poor professional attitude and attempts at cheating me. I'm left with a broken watch which is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to repair.
