NP Chung-Ferguson was super friendly and so helpful to make sure I was attended to. She ran all of the needed tests and figured out just what I needed to cure my illness. She even walked out into the CVS to find and pick out the OTC drugs I needed. I definitely will come back!

Came here to get a flu shot, and it went smoothly with no issues. The nurse was friendly and the appointment itself did not take long. However, with that being said, don't make an appointment here if you're in a hurry, as the wait time can be rather long and you have to work around the their lunch break and hours.

Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Do not trust these people with your health.

I visited this location twice this week and was attended by different people - great experience both times. The first time it was a walk-in and the wait was 15 minutes; I got a shot that was fully covered by my insurance and asked about another one that wasn't. I was given information about the vaccine, options (injection vs oral) with pros and cons of each, and a price. I left and reviewed my options and the next day I checked online and there was a 2 hour wait. I reserved a spot, arrived 5 minutes before, checked in on the kiosk, and was attended 5 minutes later. I was quickly given my shot, paid, and was out in 20 minutes.

The professionalism is definitely lacking in regard to organization and consulting lab results. I found an error on behalf of the clinic nurses. I was told that I was positive for one thing over the phone when I in fact was negative, after reviewing my lab result paperwork myself, after my follow up appointment. The nurse practitioner told me, after I called to confirm that I was in fact negative, that’s she “simply trusted the word of her assistant and did not check behind her to make sure that they had given me the correct information.” Not only was I embarrassed, but I was scared. For days I waited for my results, and then for my follow up appointment just to find out the lackadaisically given me incorrect information. I was called today by the nurse, whom which I believe incorrectly diagnosed me positive. I missed the call and tried to call back, I thought another mistake had been made. I called back to find out what the call was about, but the clinic nurses do not have a direct extension. So I called to the pharmacy with hopes to get in contact with the clinic nurse, and I was told she would call me back.... I’m still scared waiting for the call. It has been over 4 hours. I hope no one else goes through this. My advise is to triple check your results yourself for any lab test because there very well might have been a reading error on the clinic nurses behalf.
