Horrible service and no kind of standards. I moved here from out of state I did the process over the phone/online in which they offered me one apartment then 3 days before I move down they tell me its no longer available, so they give me another apartment which I ended up paying more for in rent. 3 months in my apartment floods damaging all my things and I assumed the renters insurance I pay for with the rent would cover my property it does not. It covers their property. After the flood I requested a new Apartment in fear the flood could happen again and I have a 2 year old daughter. They offered me a ran down apartment with very old cabinets and floors. They never follow up I would have to call and call and track them down to get answers after my apartment that I pay my full rent on time for flooded. Esmeralda never has answers the Manager is just as bad!!

These apartments are decent, was a buds place, nice size rooms, the parking lot is a bit weird, and the unit above my friends was very loud so the ceiling/floor is very loud, not sure on the price but average apartments
Very bad experience, even after moving out still dealing with incompetent management.
Esmeralda is the laziest leasing agent I’ve ever experienced. I walked in at 4:30 and although the website says there are 4 apts available, she lies and says that there is nothing to view and also no model to view. EVERY community has a model. She displayed laziness that should not be acceptable, but from the looks of the community they accept anything, even her.
Madeline ,Thanks for being very knowledgeable concerning the many aspects of your very important position. You are most courteous to the residents and the understanding of their various situations.
