Service was fine but outrageous prices for a simple check up. Paid close to 280 which was twice the amount of a yearly service contract I had with my prior vendor. Will recommend going elsewhere.

Moncrief was an excellent company from start to finish of our new system install. We had our a/c unit, furnace, and water heater replaced, and they offered the best price and payment option than any of the other companies that gave us a quote. They came out quickly to the house so we didn’t have to continue sweltering in the brutal July heat. Ken, the engineer that came out, was professional, personable, and recommended quality products without trying to up-sell us on products we didn’t need. The technicians were also friendly and professional and got the job done perfectly in one day. I would highly recommend Moncrief to anyone in or around Atlanta looking for any heating/cooling work.

He was able to repair the furnace before our Arctic air descends on us--much appreciated. I have previously purchased a heating-ac unit for the upstairs, and it works well.

I use them to maintain my AC and Furnace. They are always on time and very honest. Today they came to look at my water heater. They are always on time, considerate, and very honest. I find it assuring that they have such long term employees. I’ve used them for over 6 years and it’s always the same technician that comes out. Today was someone different on my last minute call for help last night, but even he has been with them a very long time. Very reliable company!
