I really can’t say thank you enough to both Alice and Alfonzo. They both were so kind, patient and flexible. When I called, I was in a real bind getting this very specific item to one of my clients (the original plan was to ship but this item was stuck in a FedEx distribution center and they weren't releasing it). They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and put my mind at ease that this task, which seemed near impossible before I called them, would be accomplished without issue.
