I lost 5 in their vending machine while traveling through the Atlanta airport. I sent them an email requesting a refund, before I even left the airport, not really expecting to get a response at all. To my great surprise, I did receive a refund in less than a week and it was postmarked the very next day after I sent the email. A very honest and reputable company.

vending machine faulted twice. I called the number on the machine. It goes straight to a machine voicemail. Never called back in over a week now. Their phone number on Facebook is fake. No idea how they got a contract in ATL airport.
Wife lost money in one of their machines at the Atlanta Airport. Contacted the company and they sent the 2. This is a sign of an honest and reliable company that does what is right!
MWJ Vending is everything you would hope for in a company. While at the Atlanta Airport I attempted to purchase a soft drink in one of MWJ's machines. It promptly became lodged, but in a way that I thought if I bought another drink it would dislodge the first and I would have two. That of course did not happen. I took pictures and emailed the company my situation. I did not hear back from them vie email. However, a few weeks later I received a letter of apology and a refund of my money. I never expected to get my money back, but this was a very pleasant experience. I will be using their machines in the future when I am at the Atlanta Airport. Thanks MWJ!
