I needed to replace 15 windows in my 1920's craftsman home. Many had huge gaps and rotting wood - making for expensive heating and cooling bills. After receiving multiple estimates, I felt Marc and his company MWT, provided the best price, windows that I liked, affordable upgrade options, color choices, and the expertise that made me comfortable with the decision. I also liked the fact it was a local company with an excellent track record vs. a national brand that I didn't feel as trusting toward. Throughout the lead up to installation, Marc and his staff were responsive and helpful. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They even removed my blinds and replaced them once they were done. The windows look great and I feel that MWT will address any issues I may have in the future. Overall, it was a great purchase and experience! .

I run apartment properties in the Grant Park area of Atlanta, and MWT is our go-to for windows. For years, we used some of the bigger companies out there, but over time, we found that as they grew, their responsiveness went down and their work quality declined. I decided I wanted to switch to a smaller, local firm with whom we could build a long-term relationship and not feel like \customer #249\. Marc is exactly what we were looking for! At the outset, Marc did a thorough job of explaining our window options and why he made the specific recommendations that he did. We have been super happy with the windows he has installed -- they are very high quality and the install jobs have all been top-notch. Marc is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, and he is one of those old-school guys who takes pride in doing a great job, rather than just a passible one. No matter how many customers he has, Marc will always make you feel like \Customer #1\. I'm so glad we found MWT, and we will continue to work with them for the long-run. I spent a substantial amount of time reading reviews, researching options, and getting quotes prior to going with MWT. Hopefully I've saved you some time!! This is the company you want to go with.
Very friendly and high quality products and service. I had an accidental window breakage over a year after install. MWT got a new sash fast and it was a perfect fit. Like the break never happened!
We had several different window installation companies come and give us quotes before we chose to use MWT Windows, including having one ational chain\ company request to come back out a second time after they heard how much more expensive their quote was than MWT Window's quote. This ational chain\ company did not have the knowledge of what we needed as did Marcus Tompkins with MWT Windows, and we were absolutely thrilled by how quickly and professionally the installation crew was able to install 11 windows. We are totally pleased, and totally satisfied, not only with our new windows, but also, with the very knowledgeable, and professional individuals, from the owner, to the installers from MWT Windows! I could not recommend a better window company to anyone other than MWT Windows!
Professional, polished, prompt, affordable and more describe the company and the job Fernando, Marc and team did for us. From the first estimate all the way to the end, Fernando was extremely knowledgable and attentive; to the details and our needs. They completely transformed the back of our house in less than 4 weeks - siding, gutters, chimney cap, deck, screened-in porch with power where there was none, and a new door where there wasn't one. We couldn't be happier with the process and the results! I can't recommend them high enough, would definitely call on them for any future needs.
