I have used myphotopipe for many, many years (over 7 years) for all of my printing needs and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. The reason I continue to use their services is because of the quality work, quick turnaround times, and customer service. If you would have an issue, you can call and speak directly to their staff. Whenever I order from My Photopipe, I not only get excellent prints, but excellent service as well. Recently, I entered an order before 9am to make sure it would be ready the next day but didn’t receive confirmation about their receipt of my order until after 3pm. Since I needed it the next day, I emailed support & explained my situation. Since they had a lag in receiving orders that they, they spoke with the production manager to make sure that my order would be ready when I needed it & it was.
I made my first order (two actually) with myphotopipe and they did not apply (for the first order) the 20% they advertised. I kindly asked them to do it afterwards - no response. When the orders came one was smooshed and hit during the shipping, so that the images were ruined. The other order had few ruined images (out of a bunch) during the printing and handling so I asked them what they gonna do about it, and HOLD YOUR HORSES.... THEY ARE STILL HIDING AND NOT RESPONDIN TO MY EMAIL! Then I emailed again, and asked them for the contact info of the owner and manager - no answer weeks later! Next step would be to assure that we don't have scam 'businesses' like this around.
