Past patient here for 15 years with this horrible place. If I could give no stars that what I would give this place. The doctors here don't care for you at all they just give you medications with no care in the world. You tell them how the medications make you feel and all the side effects you're having so all they do is ignore it and constantly increase your dose. The therapists don't listen to your concerns or want to actually help you. I have PTSD, Bipolar type 2 with depressive features, Social Anxiety and all the time I went to my different therapists and doctors (they kept changing me constantly) they told me my traumas, my emotions, my thoughts, all the abuse I grew up with wasn't valid and didn't matter. The different groups they have in the Vista program are a waste of time they put you in groups that you shouldn't be in depending on your disorder. Two doctors there that I used to be a their patient literally knew the medications they were giving me we making my health decline to extreme bad levels along with my blood that I was started to look like I was the grave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are a disgusting horrible place and all the therapists, doctors, supervisors don't care about you as a person. Don't go here at all for yourself or a loved one!!!!!

Don't waste your time, cookie cutter, assembly line mentality that issues blanket statements to generate income for their outpatient program. Unwilling to do the work necessary to address patient's needs.

Very rude front office. My appointment was canceled and they insisted they left a voice message. I’ve had the same phone number for 25 years. When I asked what phone number it was it was an old landline that I hadn’t even given them for years. The front desk is very rude. The two ladies that used to work up front were wonderful in about nine months to a year ago they were both promoted to the back office so you don’t see them. The noodle ladies are rude and I’ve seen them be rude to other patients while I’m sitting there. They have zero compassion and I don’t feel like they deal well with people going in there or you can tell have emotional and behavioral issues. I would not recommend this facility. I have since changed but they are really horrible until they do Something about the front office then I wouldn’t go. If you look through the reviews you’re going to see a lot of similar comments. The doctors and therapist may be good, but no one needs to go through that type of treatment when their appointments are canceled, and they were insisted that they left messages, and you take time off from work, and then they won’t even let you to talk to a nurse to get medicines before they can reschedule you.

I have now had three appointments here- for an assessment, meeting with a therapist, and then with the doctor and each visit was been great. The whole staff from the front desk to registration to the clinical staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place has a positive feel and the clinical staff really seems to care and want to help you to be the best you possible. I am glad to have been referred here.

I went in for my appointment, and they told me I was much earlier than I was supposed to be. I showed them the print out of my appointment times I had for the moment, and all they could say is 'well that's wrong' when THEY WERE THE ONES WHO PRINTED IT OUT. No apologies or anything for taking up more of my time than I need to. I live nearly an hour away from this place, one way. I have to take 3 hours out of my day to get there, actually see my doctor, and get home. Which this is something I have to do twice a month and schedule everything around that. It's also impossible for me to schedule ANYTHING on the same day as one another here due to just packed their own stuff is, even if I'm scheduling appointments many months ahead of time.
